By engaging Kesari Innovations for any IT service or product, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Kesari Innovations provides IT services including website development, mobile application development, SEO services, Google listing setup, Windows desktop software, cloud solutions, digital marketing, and IT consulting to businesses globally.

3. Project Delivery

Timelines are agreed upon at project start. Delays caused by client actions (e.g., delayed content, approvals) may extend delivery dates. We commit to transparent communication throughout the project.

4. Payment Terms

Typically, 50% advance payment is required at project start, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Exact payment terms are defined in the project agreement/invoice.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, intellectual property rights for custom work are transferred to the client. Kesari Innovations retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and do not share it with third parties without written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kesari Innovations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by International Business Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in our registered operating base.
